The first thing I fell in love with was the softness and natural stretch of the sportsuit and of course the vibrancy of the trademark HappyGreenBee stripes. Bonus that it matches the watermelon/sky tights that we reviewed this past spring. My daughter did ballet over the summer and I kept staring at this sportsuit in her drawer. It's made of 100% organic cotton and doesn't scream swimsuit, although it looked great at the water park. I repeatedly asked myself, am I brave enough to put my daughter in something so bold, so look-at-me in a sea of pastel ballerinas? Finally, one Saturday I bit the bullet and we arrived to class wearing our full HappyGreenBee getup. She definitely got kudos from the parents and even the teacher loved her bright little look and the suit performed perfectly for dance class as well as the pool.
