Chicken & The Egg Maternity *GIVEAWAY*
11:42 AM Posted by Erin

Thank goodness the days of potato sack maternity wear are over! I am so glad ladies now celebrate the beauty of growing a baby with figure flattering, body concious clothing that doesn't hide a woman's condition. Pregnancy is beautiful and nothing compliments it better than a bold statement tee from Chicken & The Egg Maternity. These high quality cotton shirts have just the right amount of stretch and recovery and allow for showing off your personality and humor while still being fashion forward. Now if I was a brave pregnant gal (of which I am neither) I would totally rock the hilarious Recipe Tee which let's everyone know just how you got into this situation in the first place.
Danielle, the creator behind Chicken & The Egg Maternity, decided she wanted to design her own line of funny and comfortable maternity shirts when she first became pregnant seven years ago. Currently the mom of three, she's decided now is the time to launch her company. I was lucky enough to receive the Hot Mama tee in black and since I don't have a baby bump, I asked my expecting girlfriend to review it for me. She reports the shirt as generous and cozy enough to sleep in. A fun font highlighted the durable, silver colored text and although the sizes offered are SM (size 0-4) Med (6-10) and Lg (12-14) she definitely felt the tee could accomodate even larger sizes due to the great stretch. Chicken & The Egg tops retail for $38 on their website and online. You can also use the code MOMSHOP for an exclusive 10% discount on her site. Want It? Win It!
Chicken & The Egg is generously giving one lucky winner their own shirt in winner's choice of size and style.
The Details: One lucky winner will receive an awesome shirt from Chicken & The Egg Maternity. The Rules: Visit Chicken & The Egg and tell me which shirt is your favorite.

Bobinette: Boys Giveaway!
10:44 PM Posted by Erin

I don't have a son so I'm pretty much clueless when it comes to anything boy. Case in point, last weekend we had birthday parties to attend for two of my daughters boyfriends (yes, she is a playa) and you would have found This Mom roaming the toy aisles of Target with a faraway glaze over my eyes wondering "What on Earth do boys play with?" Man! The small male species is a huge mystery. Come to think of it, the large male species can be quite confounding as well. Give me princesses and tutus any day and I am completely at home. Still, there is one thing I am quite sure of when it comes to boys. If I ever have a son, he will definitely wear clothes by Bobinette!

This fantastic brand came about when designer Lorraine Le Tac had her first son Spencer, 7 years ago. Living in New York at the time, she'd scour the city searching for clothes for her new baby boy. Finding only clothes that were boring and conservative inspired her to begin Bobinette. Now with two year old son Matisse on board as well, her resolve to bring style and fashion to boy apparel has deepened ever more. Born in Paris and raised by a talented mother who instilled in her a sense of style, Lorraine draws her inspiration from her French background, nature, playing children, and western travel, among many other places. Bobinette's trendy designs feature the natural fabrics Lorraine is fond of; cotton (organic), linen. Cotton is the best! It comes in so many shapes and forms - crinkled like gauze, textured like seersucker, soft and stretchy like cotton knits... I also like fleece because it is fluffy, comfortable and warm for winter clothes - perfect for baby jackets!
Bobinette yearns to bring more color and style to all little boys around the globe! These stylish clothes almost makes me wish I could trade away hairbows for tonka trucks. Almost. In the meanwhile, hip moms of boys can purchase Bobinette in local retail stores.
Win It: One lucky little guy gets to look ultra handsome in the two pieces, Oscar and Ziggy from Bobinette's Spring/Summer line featured in this post.
The Details: One lucky winner will receive a complete Spring outfit by Bobinette in Oscar Blue Swirls and Ziggy grey linen (sz 12m-6 years). The Rules: Visit Bobinette and tell me your favorite item from any of their lines.

We're going on a trip in our favorite rocket ship... and we're off. On Thursday, my family and I are Disney bound. A character breakfast with the Little Einstein's is on the agenda, and of course we have to show our love with this adorable June shirt from Kim's Stitch in Time, a delightful applique embroidery shop I came across on Etsy. Kim's precious little shirt has quickly become my daughter's favorite top, she wants to wear it every day and I can't say I blame her. Her shirts are so well made, the applique is fun and the embroidery is perfect. Each of Kim's shirts come in cotton in either boy or girl variety from infant onesies all the way up to kids size 12. And the character choices aren't just limited to Little Einstein's either. Mickey and friends, Hello Kitty, pretty much any of your child's favorites are here. Kim also offers personalization at no extra charge as well. So whether you're headed to the House of Mouse or the kids are simply enjoying their favorite Saturday morning cartoon, they are able to show their pride with a cool shirt made just for them.Because Kim is so awesome and in honor of my daughter's first trip to the Magic Kingdom, one child will also get their choice of shirt from Kim's Stitch in Time. Thanks so much!
The Details: One lucky winner will receive their own custom character shirt from Kim's Stitch in Time. The Rules: Visit Kim's shop and let me know which shirt is perfect for your child.

Love Wins Shirt *GIVEAWAY*
11:00 PM Posted by Erin
**CONTEST CLOSED**
Love Wins and you can too. I am in love with love and this shirt is definitely feeling it. In honor of Valentine's Day the wonderful Jonathan at elefint has agreed to give one lucky reader his inspirational designed, handscreened shirt in your choice of size. When I asked Jonathan exactly what Love Wins means he told me...
"So the big idea behind LOVE WINS. Love is interpreted in a million ways to a million people. Whether it's a love for design, pretzels, shoes, Jesus, the environment, books, or wes anderson movies... at the end of the day, what we want to be doing with our lives is what we love. Or we want to be with who we love. Family. Friends. Spouse. Dog. Not cat. No, cat's are okay. Love truly wins. Life doesn't feel any more complete than when you feel genuine love that you genuinely give. Love always trusts, always hopes, always protects, and perseveres.
LOVE WINS." (Can I just say awe! Because not only is that so sweet, but he's cute too!)
Thank you Jonathan and elefint for spreading the love!
The Prize
One lucky reader will receive a Love Wins shirt from Jonathan at elefint.
