Thank goodness the days of potato sack maternity wear are over! I am so glad ladies now celebrate the beauty of growing a baby with figure flattering, body concious clothing that doesn't hide a woman's condition. Pregnancy is beautiful and nothing compliments it better than a bold statement tee from Chicken & The Egg Maternity. These high quality cotton shirts have just the right amount of stretch and recovery and allow for showing off your personality and humor while still being fashion forward. Danielle, the creator behind Chicken & The Egg Maternity, decided she wanted to design her own line of funny and comfortable maternity shirts when she first became pregnant seven years ago. Currently the mom of three, she's decided now is the time to launch her company. I was lucky enough to receive the Hot Mama tee in black and since I don't have a baby bump, I asked my expecting girlfriend to review it for me. She reports the shirt as generous and cozy enough to sleep in. A fun font highlighted the durable, silver colored text and although the sizes offered are SM (size 0-4) Med (6-10) and Lg (12-14) she definitely felt the tee could accomodate even larger sizes due to the great stretch. With a brand new relaunched website, you are likely to find something gorgeous and suitable for your boy or girl at Picaflor Kids. Knit from 100% rayon created from recycled wood pulp, their clothes have a beautiful drape and slight sheen which gave my little girl a bit of a glow. Best of all, rayon has great absorbency and wicks away moisture and that makes her dress so perfect for the heat of the summer. We love how soft and comfortable this dress is for casual play and how easy it is to wear every day or for dressier occasions too. We have washed and worn her Picaflor Kids dress several times now and it still looks as lovely as the day it arrived. I do recommend ordering one size larger than normal since we did find her usual 4t a tad smaller fit.
