Florida is the land of cool dressing, bright colors, and bold prints. It’s all about the tropics here which is why I am so thrilled to introduce local online boutique Hoity Toity Baby.
The creation of a mother of twins, Hoity Toity Baby began in 2008 when designer Nicole inherited her late Grandmother’s sewing machine and a visiting Aunt taught her to use it. She became hooked and found she was good at it too! Each trendy design is lovingly selected by Nicole herself and she creates every garment to order. Constructed from 100% cotton, all of Hoity Toity’s shirts, dresses, and pants are fashioned with distinctive and unique fabrics.
The Boca and South Beach Collections were inspired by familiar sites and scenes. Says Nicole, “I love the clothes to be something that looks chic, but at the same time age appropriate. The Boca Collection came from making the outfit and seeing it on my daughter for the first time. It honestly looked like something a well-to-do woman from Boca Raton would wear to meet her friends for lunch. And things just took off from there. The SoBe dress....the same thing. It looks like a dress that a young, beautiful woman would wear with a pair of flip-flops while lunching on South Beach.” Now one special little girl will get to look like she just stepped off the beach herself!
